Production Flow:

JLKZX-001 connects a mask body machine and two ribbon welding machines. The mask body will be sent to the ribbon welding machine through conveyor. It is a fully automatic production line, containing material feeding, folding, pressing, nose materials feeding, forming, cutting, ear strap assembly, visual inspection, product finish etc. It involves the complete process from raw materials to finished products.

Operation Introduction:

JLKZX-001 has one auto select machine and two ear strap machines. The mask body produced by the mask machine can be evenly distributed to the two external strap machines through PLC with the production of 80-120 pieces per minute. The whole process can be operated and controlled through the touch screen. After the full automatic mask machine is put into production, it can produce more than 150000 masks per day (24 hours).
